Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get started?
Once you have selected a resort, contact our office to make a reservation. Note: dates are fixed time periods. Please make your selection for the time periods and preferred resorts listed on our website. On rare occasions, we have flexibility to change dates.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Make your reservation as far in advance as possible. Once a reservation has been made, it cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to visit the resort, you can transfer your certificate or “split” the time (i.e. you visit resort Friday – Wednesday; a friend uses the remainder of the time – Wednesday to Friday).
Do I have to stay for a full week?
All packages for our preferred resorts are for one-week periods. We are often asked, “can we just use 3-4 days,” and unfortunately, we don’t have that option.
What’s included?
Seven nights at a fabulous resort. You are required to provide transportation to and from the resort and are responsible for all meals, unless otherwise specified. You will not be required to pay any additional fees including taxes, surcharges, booking fees, etc. (unless specifically notified in advance).
